Non-Refundable Deposit of $______ made on date:__________ for above said kitten. Deposit is valid until kitten is picked up. Kitten must be picked up within 12 weeks of age . After 10 weeks a boarding fee of $5.00 a day will be applied to the kitten unless prior arrangements have been made.

In the event that said kitten is not properly spayed/neutered any kittens resulting from said kitten will be relinquished to Tasha Martin-Missouri Bengal Beauties. No sales of kittens will be allowed without contacting Missouri Bengal Beauties or breeding contract has been established. For kitten contract- When adequate proof of s*xual alteration has been received, the Breeder will provide the cat's TICA registration papers to the Buyer. "Adequate proof" is defined as paperwork (such as a certificate of spaying/neutering) from the veterinarian who performed the surgery. This cat/kitten will never be sold, transferred, leased, or given away to any pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility. This cat/kitten will be kept indoors and not be allowed to roam freely outside.

If the Kitten found to be medically deficient with an untreatable or life-threatening problem within the first three days after purchase, it must be reported to the seller immediately. Upon its return, it will be replaced with another cat/kitten of equal value. If buyer refuses another kitten a 50% refund of the purchase price will be provided. The cat/kitten cannot be returned after the guarantee period has expired and/or if it has been exposed to another cat which has not been currently tested for FeLV and FIP. There are no guarantees against FIP. The kitten must be quarantined from any other cats for the first 14 days after purchase. Missouri Bengal Beauties has 6 months to provide a kitten and after said time no kittens are produced to replace, a full refund of kitten price will be given.

If this cat/kitten is found to be neglected or mistreated, Purchaser will surrender said cat/kitten to Seller, unconditionally. All fees associated with recovery of cat/kitten will be the responsibility of Purchaser including all court costs and attorney fees.

Any disagreements resulting from the purchase of this cat will not be published by buyer, seller or their associates/surrogates on social media or on any Internet sites. Damages for violation of this clause will be $5000

Vaccinations:
Said kitten received their first set of vaccinations and health assessment. Purchaser will be responsible for all further vaccinations of kitten. Missouri Bengal Beauties agrees to provide a veterinarian documentation that kitten is in full physical health and UTD on immunizations. This kitten will have a one year health guarantee of no congenital defect. If this does occur the kitten will be replaced for a kitten of equal value. The kitten will also come with a health guarantee that parents and all cats exposed to the kittens are free of any FeLV or FIP at time of sale. You can return the kitten for a replacement of a kitten of equal value if the kitten tests positive for felv or fib up to 14 days after purchase date. There is also a 48 hour guarantee from any respiratory illness at time of sale. You may return the kitten if a respiratory illness is found within 48 hours and a refund of 50% of total cost or replacement of a kitten will be provided. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser for all veterinarian bills including spay/neuter

It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide immediate veterinary care to any cat/kitten showing signs of illness or distress and failure to do so will render any guarantee null and void. No cash refunds. If a cat/kitten dies within the guarantee period, despite medical treatment, a replacement will ONLY be given if a veterinarian certifies the cause of death. All veterinarian fees are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. Buyer must have kitten evaluated by a veterinarian within 3 business days of purchase to ensure kitten meets standards provided in the contract. Failure to do so will void the contract
Breeder Cats- If a kitten is sold as a breeding cat the cat will meet above health standards as well as be in physical health to breed. The cat is guaranteed against sterility and if cat is found to be sterile by 2 years of age cat will be replaced by a cat of equal value and s*x. This contract is legally binding to all parties involved. It applies only to the Buyer and Seller in this transaction and is non-transferable to other parties. All legal fees incurred in upholding this contract will be paid by the purchaser. This contract gives Missouri Bengals rights to pictures of kittens to be used for websites.
