🧼 Behind the Scenes at Missouri Bengal Beauties 🐾
Everyone loves the adorable photos, playful videos, and tiny nose boops… but there is so much more that goes into raising healthy, well-socialized Bengal kittens than what you see on social media.
Today, we’re giving you a small glimpse behind the scenes and talking about something that isn’t glamorous, but is absolutely essential: sanitation and safety.
After extensive research and discussions with veterinarians and experienced breeders, we chose Rescue® Disinfectant as one of the primary products in our cleaning protocol. We are not sponsored by or affiliated with Rescue in any way. We simply believe in using products that help us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for our cats and kittens.
At MBB, Rescue is used on:
✔️ Hard surfaces
✔️ Toys and enrichment items
✔️ Food and water bowls
✔️ Litter boxes
✔️ Catios and kitten play areas
Clean environments help reduce the spread of bacteria, viruses, and parasites while giving our kittens the safest possible start in life.
Another recommendation we often make is choosing stainless steel food bowls, water bowls, and litter boxes whenever possible. Stainless steel is durable, non-porous, easy to sanitize, and stands up to years of daily cleaning.
What many people don’t see are the countless hours spent scrubbing, disinfecting, laundering bedding, rotating toys, sanitizing litter areas, and maintaining catios. The cute photos may only take a moment, but the care behind them happens every single day.
Responsible breeding isn’t just about producing beautiful Bengals. It’s about creating an environment where our cats can thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Because healthy kittens don’t happen by accident—they are the result of dedication, education, and a commitment to doing things the right way. ❤️
