The Missouri Pet Breeders Association (MPBA), founded in 1987 and based in Lebanon, is the oldest and largest professional pet breeder organization in the U.S. MPBA is dedicated to supporting responsible breeding through education, resources, and advocacy. They host conferences, offer scholarships, and provide tools to help breeders meet high standards and ensure every puppy finds a good home.
