A great day at LVH!!!SNIPs day and we had 134 cats!! Thank you to all of our volunteers- doctors, technicians, admin people- we couldn’t do it without you! And to all the rescues, Animal Control, the CT Humane Society- thank you!!! No more babies from this group!

A shout out to all of our amazing pet loving communities that have come together to help SNIPs (Spays/Neuters Impact Populations) work! Tomorrow we are working to spay and neuter cats from 10 different rescues, the Humane Society, and many Animal Control offices. We had over 60 people volunteer their skills, time and kindness and we want to thank you all!!! We are full-of cats, volunteers and now we ask for your good vibes tomorrow as we will spay/neuter almost 140 cats!! Thank you to everyone and if you weren't ask to volunteer this time-wait for the call, we will ask next time! It takes a village-I'm so proud that ours has SHOWN up in full force!! Cat pictures coming tomorrow of the fund day!

So the answer to our friends “what’s in there?” question is Tennis balls! Two of them from two months ago! The just sat there with no problem…until a small piece broke off and went into the small intestine and got stuck. That’s when he became symptomatic. He’s doing great now! Thanks Dr Z!!!

Ok, what did we see Tuesday? A few special cases…a rabbit who needed to be de-matted, some dental work and to be neutered and some tiny kittens with a virus infecting their eyes.
