Good golly Miss Molly! Molly came to the rescue when her mommas husband had to go to hospice care with cancer 😞 She was ill herself and she wanted to be sure that Molly got placed in a home that would be perfect for her and called me up! She as worried about their health and what would happen with her if their illnesses got the best of them. Molly needed a quiet home because her previous owners were older and needed someone who was home a lot because she had bad separation anxiety.

Enter April and Megan. These two ladies came out to the rescue for one of our meet and greets, or workdays (I dont remember which for sure) and absolutely fell in love with this long haired dapple beauty! I mean-how could you not!? So we moved forward with the adoption. When I told Molly’s precious momma about the adoption she was so so happy for her! I even sent her a few pictures of when they all went on vacation! I’m glad we found her the perfect home! Congratulations you three! 🥰

LARRY!! Larry actually came to rescue in his mommas belly! When we got the last batch of breeder dogs given to us-one was pregnant. One of the volunteers was here cleaning one day and said-“I think she’s pregnant”… crap! lol Newborn puppies are a lot of work but luckily I have some AMAZING people in my corner that can help when I need it.

His story gets even crazier!! We scheduled a vet appointment to get his momma xrayed so that we could get an idea of what to prepare for and went they went to snag her to get her on the table for the xray-she had already started giving birth!!! AT THE VET!!! I mean-if anywhere to have them-that’s definitely the best place!

He is one of the cutest, funniest, spunkiest kids ever! He gets to go allllll kinds of places! He even got to go to bass pro and got to bark at all the fish in the aquarium!

Matt and Deanna are amazing pet parents and I love the way they love this pup! Congratulations!!! 💙

Oh Stuart! What can I say about this sweet boy!? Stuart came to the rescue with the rest of the that we got back in November (yes-I’m hella late posting him as adopted!😬) Our friendship started when I hear a commotion in the dog room and a couple of the dogs that came with him were being jerks to him! He is one of the coolest dogs and totally not violent AT ALL-so I knew he was a victim of bullying. So, I snatched him up and brought him upstairs, loved him and just let him know that he was safe and loved. We snuggled on the couch and then when bed time rolled around he slept in the “people bed”.

Anywho, this sweet couple came out to the rescue to meet another dog but wanted to be sure that the dog they adopt would pair well with their other dog that they adopted from another place not too long before coming here. The other dog was just kinda “ok” with things but they told me what they wanted specifically and I told them that Stuart would be PERFECT!

They took him home for a trial adoption and their other dog didn’t love having to share her parents and the couple was afraid that they’d have to bring Stuart back… HOWEVER, she just needed a couple of days and now they’re besties! I’m so so happy for this entire situation! Thank you guys for trusting me and for rescuing! Congratulations!
