Meet Baxter! 💙🐾🐶

Baxter was having severe digestive issues and needed veterinary care immediately. With the cost of vet care being out of budget, Baxter's dad contacted DACHS for help. He was able to financially qualify for the Animal Relief Fund and receive medical care vouchers to assist with his veterinary costs.
