PCAS has established this page for the limited purpose of increasing the ability of Pinellas Co. citizens to provide and access information relevant to PCAS business, including information about lost pets, adoptions and enforcement. This page should not be used as a tool for information sharing, and not as a forum for discussions and debate on PCAS issues or county policy. Citizens are encouraged to freely share their views through other available channels. Comments to content posted on this page should remain relevant to the topic of the post, and inappropriate content including offensive, profane, obscene and threatening content is not permitted.
