We need your paws-itively amazing help!(Preferably on a volunteer basis) We're looking for passionate folks to write, photograph, and post about our adoptable dogs so they can find their forever families. If you love dogs, have a knack for storytelling, and know your way around social media, you're exactly who we're looking for!

Update6/14/25 3:00. We lost sweet Bennett, despite trying everything we could, his body just couldn't bounce back and he crashed today after lunch. Our hearts are shattered. RIP little one. I am so sorry you were discarded like trash. Until we meet again!

Update 6/14/25: Yesterday, little Bennett's condition took a scary turn. Though initially negative for parvo, he was severely dehydrated and anemic from parasites. We brought him home with treatment for the parasites, optimistic he would recover, but he quickly crashed. At the ER, we were told even though the parvo test was negative, it was likely a false negative after looking at his blood work. He was given a poor prognosis. This morning's update was that Bennett is slightly improved, sitting up and responsive, making vets question the parvo! We will continue to treat him for parasites and parvo but I'm feeling a little more optimistic. Please, keep praying for this sweet puppy; he is fighting and he truly deserves a chance at life. Even though we're closed for intake, how do you say NO when a puppy's life hangs in the balance? We got a call today about little Bennett, found dumped in a barn with a collar on. It's impossible to stick to a policy when a dog's very existence depends on your help. We're at the ER tonight, hoping he won't need a blood transfusion, but honestly, we've been told he might not make it through the night. All I can do now is ask for your prayers for Bennett.
