We have a very exciting announcement!!! Meet Crystal, also known as Cookie!

Cookie has been proudly grooming in the Gilford area since 2014 and is thrilled to bring her skills and experience to Winni Wags! In addition to her professional work, she has volunteered with local animal shelters and wolf/hybrid rescues—experiences that have deepened her lifelong passion for caring for animals of all kinds.

She loves grooming dogs of all breeds and is excited to welcome both new and longtime clients (and their beloved fur babies!) to the salon. Crystal’s goal is to provide every pup with gentle, personalized care that leaves them looking and feeling their very best.

What's that smell? Wait, is that.... a skunk in February!?!?
Yes, yes it is. Skunks begin their mating season February- March so they will be out and about! Keep this in mind when letting your furry friends outside, even in the snow.

I want to thank everyone for their love and patience as I’ve been dealing with Dunkin’s passing. This has been so hard. Winni Wags feels so empty without him. I literally feel sick every time I come in to work. Dunkin has been coming with me to work on a daily bases for a minimum of 8 years. The flowers, cards, kind words and of course kisses from your pups has been what’s keeping me going every hour each day. I want to take a moment to thank Fisherville Animal Hospital. In the darkest moments they were a beacon of light.

This is an extremely difficult post. On Saturday, December 7th, my best little buddy crossed the rainbow bridge. He was a few months shy of 13. I owe everything to Dunkin. He taught me so so much and he was the very reason I got into grooming. I’m lost at the moment. Winni Wags will feel emptier without his presence. Our logo and everything we stand for is based off of him and the journey we have shared together. I love you so much Dunkin ❤️
