Camp Bickford -pet services After a lifetime of caring for pets, and having experience working as a Veterinary Technician I decided to leap into my dream. WELCOME TO CAMP BICKFORD!

Camp Bickford warmly welcomes furry four-legged friends who need a home-like environment while their people are away. We also provide service for those friends who prefer to be in their own home environment. Multiple visits can be arranged for their convenience. Do you or someone you know need a ride to the vet? Local transportation won't get you there- so give us a call. Is getting to the groomer

a struggle due to your schedule? Let us schedule with a local team and make it happen! Need to follow a special diet or administer medicine while you're away - CAN DO!

August 31st/September 1st would be the last time Espen stayed at Camp Bickford 😔 Sadly his parents had to make the hard decision to let him be at peace. He was a wonderful boy and I know he is missed deeply. I'm confident his furry sister Kara was waiting for him on the other side of the rainbow bridge ready to race, chase and wrestle. You were a special pup Espen. I'm so grateful to have known and loved you for the last 8 years.

Hi, I’m Jack — a 3-ish year old male Puggle mix, about 22 lbs of pure love and low-to-the-ground crumb-detection. I came to the Granite State Dog Recovery Animal Shelter after being surrendered here in NH, and I’m ready to start my forever adventure with a family who’ll keep me safe, spoiled, and snuggled.

What I’m like:
• Laid-back Puggle with a playful side — I’ll happily zoom around then flop into your lap.
• Big fan of leash walks, playing with doggie friends, and cuddling under the covers (your bed or mine — I’m flexible).
• I LOVE food (who doesn’t?) and being your constant little companion.
• I’m a bit cat-shy — I’ll avoid them since I’ve never lived with one.
• Kids are cool — I’ll keep up in the yard for playtime then lay in the shade to rest.

Home needs:
• A fenced yard would be great — I like being outside a lot, and I’d rather stay close to my people now (no more street-running for me!).

Health & extras:
• Up-to-date on shots, microchipped, and neutered.
• I’ll go home with a bag of goodies: martingale collar, leash, harness, blankies, toys, food, and a NH health certificate.

GSDR calls me the “sweetest boy” and a “great dog.” They’ll miss me, but I promised to send pictures from my new home — will that be yours?

White Mountain Dawg Barn is a dog boarding and daycare facility in Tamworth, NH. We have staff on-site 24/7 and indoor/outdoor play areas.
