Struggling with real-world distractions? This class is for you!
Out & About is designed to help you and your dog practice skills where they matter most—in real life. We meet at different local stores to work around people, carts, noises, smells, and all those everyday distractions.

If your dog listens great at home but forgets everything in public, this class bridges that gap and builds confidence for both ends of the leash. 🐶✨

Prerequisite for this class is handler and dog teams who have passed the AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test.

Yesterday’s class was incredible, and these teams worked through advanced challenges like pros. Watching dogs and handlers grow together like this never gets old. So proud of the progress and trust these teams have made.

Like many of you, I was deeply disturbed by a video that’s been circulating involving a local "dog trainer". It’s incredibly hard to watch, and it’s okay to feel angry, sad, or shaken by it. It’s heartbreaking and deeply upsetting.

At Doggonit Training, we want to be very clear about where we stand. We use only positive, humane training methods. Our focus is on building relationships—not breaking them.

Dog training is an unregulated field, meaning anyone can call themselves a trainer without formal education or certification. That’s why credentials and continuing education matter. Our entire team is fully educated, certified, and committed to ethical, science-based practices.

For over 17 years, our mission has been to protect dogs’ emotional and physical well-being while strengthening the bond between dogs and their families. Thank you for trusting us with your dogs. Thank you for standing up for dogs and for choosing training rooted in compassion.

Our dogs can’t speak for themselves—so we must always speak up for them. They deserve to feel safe, loved, and respected, especially while they learn.

Doggonit Training is excited to offer a brand-new Day Training Program in partnership with Canine Connection, LLC in Laconia! This service is designed for dog parents who want reliable, consistent training results without adding more to their daily schedule.

Before we begin, we’ll schedule a Zoom consultation to discuss your dog’s history, your goals, and the specific behaviors you’d like us to focus on. This helps us create a clear, customized plan for your pup.

Then, while your dog is enjoying their regular daycare day at Canine Connection, a certified Doggonit trainer will come directly to the facility to work with them. Your pup gets one-on-one focused training time right where they’re already happy and comfortable. No extra drop-offs or pickups — we train during daycare!
