Proofing place at 8 weeks= bomb proof adult dog.
Start by training the puppy alone using treats and hand signals. There maybe a time you can't use your voice or you don't want to.
Us a calm dog in the beginning. I pair puppies with a calm therapy dog to help.

All puppies get the evening zoomies. I call it bouncing off the wall! To help drain your puppies excited energy do puppy push UPS.
Start with a treat use two syllables training words (Sitting & Laying) They learn quickly. Be patient don't get mad if they make a mistake calmly ask for the task again.

When first teaching the heel have your pup sit in front of you. Have a treat in your right hand. Put the treat in front of their nose. Pull your hand back and circle your hand around. When they turn hold the treat just above their nose ao they will sit.

Life throws obstacles every day in their path. Watch these puppies navigate to get to me. Owners usually call their dog in a straight line. Set your pup up for success.
They are only 6 1/2 weeks.

If you have a nervous dog at the park. If you're pup struggles to move forward, ears back they are nervous. Bring a calm dog to the park and a flirt pole. Puppies love to engage in play. The pole will help your dog to not be nervous. After a few minutes of playing we go right back to training.

All puppies love socks. I start with the cue leave it. When first teaching leave it I put some treats on the ground while I am sitting on the floor. If they try to take the treat simple cover it with your hand and say leave it.
She also was learning to wait patiently at the store. With as little as 10-15 minutes a day you can teach them leave it and wait.
