We find beauty in the most incomprehensible places! It is our gift to see beyond the dirt, terror, sadness and defeat and find the true soul that lies within. We speak for those who can't speak for themselves! Pals For Paws is a dog rescue group powered by an ALL-VOLUNTEER staff who are passionate about improving the lives of pets in their community. Our foster families provide homeless, abandoned, or abused pets with the love and training needed to heal their wounds, which allows them to make a successful transition into a new forever home. Our MISSION is to reduce PET ABANDONMENT & OWNER SURRENDERS by holding adoption events, promoting low-cost spay/neuter programs, and by creating a compassionate, well-informed foster-home network. We are committed to creating a compassionate community where stray, abandoned, or neglected animals are non-existent; and where destroying animals is no longer used as a means of population control. Animals that are unwanted, abused, neglected, or ill; we are dedicated to ensuring their life from this point forward is an amazing one. This 501c3 NOT-FOR-PROFIT rescue proudly supports NO-KILL and PRO-SPAY/NEUTER philosophies. We rescue from high kill, overcrowded shelters from all over the country. We vet, transport and foster pets until the perfect match is made between you and one of our adoptable pets!

Kayla Dillenburg of Welcome Home Canine Rescue in DeKalb County, Indiana, was arrested and charged with animal cruelty and fraud after allegedly adopting 21 dogs from a shelter, collecting donor money, and killing the animals.

Meet Bandit!

Bandit is 1.5 year old Australian Cattle Dog Mix looking for his new home. Bandit is heart-worm negative, up to date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines.

He is dog & cat friendly, submissive at first but loves to make new friends

Potty trained ✔️

Bandit is an active boy who is currently not getting the exercise he needs which is why his current family is seeking better placement for him. Bandit is a sweet boy looking for a forever family to play fetch with, take walks with, and love him forever 💙

Bella is incredibly dog friendly, wonderfully people friendly, and has that gentle senior softness that makes you want to wrap her up and promise her the world. She’s an old dog who wants a slow life — a warm bed, a calm routine, and someone who sees the beauty in giving a senior the comfort they deserve.

Bentley is a dashhound. He is six years old. He's just a cuddle bug. Minnie may it's about thirteen years old, she only has one eye.
Their mom lost her home and is working to find a place to move in and a friend had the dogs but has now decided she will not keep them not because of anything to do with them but due to her getting upset about some things.
We offered to post looking for a temporary foster until they can get back in a home. These are their moms support animals. She needs a couple months to get things set up and wants them back as soon as possible.
Who has it in their heart to help her keep her babies? So many people right now are just giving up and she’s trying to do the right thing. All needs will be covered. They go this week for their yearly preventatives and shots. They have always been taken care of.

Meet Rico…

Rico is a very tiny, playful, eight week old, long-haired Chihuahua, looking for a forever loving home. Rico must go to a home with a fenced in yard, another small friendly dog, and where someone is home most of the day to continue crate and house training. Due to Rico‘s very small size he needs a home without small children.

Rico’s adoption fee Is $400 and 100% of our donations and adoption fee fees go directly to the care of our homeless animals….. We are an all volunteer based organization.
