Our foster families provide homeless, abandoned, or abused pets with the love and training needed to heal their wounds, which allows them to make a successful transition into a new forever home. Our MISSION is to reduce PET ABANDONMENT & OWNER SURRENDERS by holding adoption events, promoting low-cost spay/neuter programs, and by creating a compassionate, well-informed foster-home network. We are committed to creating a compassionate community where stray, abandoned, or neglected animals are non-existent; and where destroying animals is no longer used as a means of population control. Animals that are unwanted, abused, neglected, or ill; we are dedicated to ensuring their life from this point forward is an amazing one. This 501c3 NOT-FOR-PROFIT rescue proudly supports NO-KILL and PRO-SPAY/NEUTER philosophies. We rescue from high kill, overcrowded shelters from all over the country. We vet, transport and foster pets until the perfect match is made between you and one of our adoptable pets!

Good Morning ☀️ Our Kentucky Foster has 4 extraordinary pups that were once overlooked, but we believe they're truly one-of-a-kind treasures!

Unique features are what make them so lovable and special.

If you're interested in giving any of these remarkable pups a forever home, please let us know and we can bring them to Pals For Paws, they are all in Kentucky in foster homes.

We are in desperate need of a foster for this sweet female corgi. She is about double what her body weight should be at 60lbs. She would love to have a family that could help get her back to a healthy body weight. Someone with a yard who could take her on short walks and get her on a regular feeding schedule would be perfect. Contact Pals for Paws for more info or if interested in fostering.

We cannot thank these families enough for stepping to the plate to foster these sweet babies!

We still have 3 corgis moving info foster homes tomorrow.

We are still in shock. We got a call Thursday afternoon and had rescues work together to have this house cleared out by 11:00 today.

One of our favorite vets was even there helping the situation. Literally so many people working together to help this terrible situation.

Today we are thankful for networking and positive relationships.

These babies have clean spaces, air conditioning, vaccines, dewormer and humans who are doing everything they can to make sure their future starts here.

Here is to the start of a better life!

On Thursday afternoon, I received a call while at work in regards to needing help with a hoarding situation. An elderly woman had fallen ill, and unfortunately, the care for her Animals has also gone downhill.

Her granddaughter was trying so hard to find quick placement for these pups to be able to get her grandmother’s house back in order for her to live in.

I cannot thank our pals community & the Rescue community enough for stepping up!

This morning, we took in eight of these dogs, with two other rescues also taking similar amounts.

Mr. Sammy was loving his peanut butter bribery during his picture session! This sweet little guy is about 20lbs and so patient and gentle. Sammy came to us when his owners could no longer care for him. He loves all dogs and kids. He’s calm natured and easy going!

Sammy is about 6 years old

We are in desperate need here at the Cass County Humane Society of a foster for a disabled dog. He has problems with his back legs. We are not quite sure what the problem is yet. tests are being done and we have a wheelchair for him.

Please reach out if you are interested and we will get you in contact with CCHS. Again this dog is not with us. We are just trying to help them find a foster because the shelter is no place for a dog that is disabled like this.

Meet Zeus, the sweetest boy! Zeus is approx 4 years old and we think is a beagle bluetick mix. He is approximately 40lbs. He loves car rides, walks, and knows basic commands. He does well with other dogs and loves to explore. Zeus is full vetted, freshly groomed, and just waiting on his forever home!

We just received a call in regard to an elderly person who has several dachshund and corgis they are no longer to care for. We want to help but need Foster’s!! I’m told dogs are up to date on vaccines and friendly.
