✂️ Why Nail Trims Matter for Your Dog 🐾

Keeping your dog’s nails trimmed isn’t just about looks — it’s an important part of their overall health and comfort.

When nails get too long, they can:
• Cause pain and discomfort when walking
• Lead to joint and posture issues over time
• Break or split, which can be painful and lead to infection
• Get caught on carpets, blankets, or fencing
You might hear clicking on the floor — that’s a good sign it’s time for a trim!

We know nail trimming can be stressful for some dogs (and their humans!), and that’s okay. If you’re not comfortable doing it yourself, your local vet or groomer can safely trim your dog’s nails and help make it a positive experience.

Regular nail care keeps your pup comfortable, confident, and moving pain-free. When in doubt, ask a professional — your dog will thank you! 🐶💙

*We added examples- 1 being a dog we have here who is on a nail journey to being comfortable again! It takes time to get a dogs quick to shorten so please be aware of that and do not cut the too short too soon!
