🚨 Hospital Update 🚨

Due to a high emergency caseload and only two doctors on staff today, WestSide Veterinary Hospital is currently at maximum emergency capacity for the remainder of the evening.

At this time, any additional emergencies will be referred to a local emergency hospital to ensure pets receive care as quickly as possible.

***This does not affect already scheduled appointments. If your pet has a scheduled appointment with us, please plan to arrive as normal.

Tip for May: if your cat is drinking less water than usual, try switching from a regular bowl to a shallow, wide dish.

Cats' whiskers are sensitive and some actually avoid deep bowls because of it. Also, wet food can be a great way to boost hydration without them ever touching the water bowl! 💧

WestSide Veterinary Hospital will be closed on Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day.

If your pet is running low on medications or prescription food, please give us a call today or tomorrow so we can make sure your family member has everything they need before the holiday weekend 🐾

Please keep in mind that we have limited staff on Saturdays, so we recommend requesting refills as soon as possible.

Sugar went missing last night in the Watkins Street area of Swoyersville. She is a tuxedo cat, not wearing a collar, and may be a little skittish around people.
She is microchipped.
