Deputy Doodles had a blast at the Pittston Tomato Festival Parade! 🍅

Harper and Lambeau loved meeting so many new people, sharing lots of smiles and tail wags, and proudly representing the Luzerne County Sheriff's Department. 🐾

White Haven Police Department’s National Night Out was a great turnout! 🐾💙

🐾 Deputy Doodles at Camp Acahela! 🐾

Harper and Lambeau had such a great time visiting Camp Acahela with the Scouts! 💚 We met so many amazing Scouts and leaders who made sure the Deputy Doodles got LOTS of love, pets, and attention! 🐶🐶

Deputy Curcio also had the opportunity to talk with some of the young Scouts about a future in law enforcement and what it means to serve your community. 👮‍♀️⭐

We loved spending time with such a wonderful group and sharing plenty of smiles along the way. Thank you, Camp Acahela, for welcoming the Deputy Doodles! 🐾💙

We have some exciting news that we have been waiting to share!

Harper and Lambeau are officially expanding their therapy duties and are now proud to serve as Deputy Doodles Therapy Dogs for the Luzerne County Sheriff's Department.

In this new role, their duties may include:

🐾 Providing comfort and emotional support to victims as they navigate court proceedings, including adoption day celebrations.

🐾 Attending community events and outreach programs throughout the county.

🐾 Assisting Children and Youth Services by helping calm and reassure children during interviews and court appearances.

🐾 Supporting crisis and trauma response efforts when comfort and connection are needed most.

🐾 Assisting first responders by helping alleviate stress following critical incidents.

🐾 Giving love and comfort to anyone they pass in the halls ❤️

Harper and Lambeau have always had a special way of making people feel seen, safe, and supported. We are incredibly honored to have the opportunity to continue sharing their love and comfort in this new capacity alongside the Sheriff’s Department and the amazing professionals who serve our community every day.

A special thank you goes to co-handler Deputy
Curcio, whose passion for service and belief in the power of connection helped make this opportunity possible. Being able to volunteer alongside my Mom and combine her years of service with the comfort and support Harper and Lambeau provide makes this role even more meaningful.

We are excited for this next chapter for our Deputy Doodles and look forward to the lives they will touch along the way. 💚🖤🐾

Harper and Lambeau completed their very first 5K today at Swoyersville Chicken Wing Fling5K! 🐾🏃‍♀️

We joined Mom’s gym team, Inspire Health & Fitness Studio, made so many new friends, shared countless smiles, and had an amazing time together.

And don’t worry—we generously stayed at the very back of the pack and walked the whole way… you know, just to make sure everyone made it safely to the finish line. 😂🐾

It’s always so special to see how much joy these two bring wherever they go.

Harper and Lambeau took a well-deserved break and spent the day swimming in the river with some of their best friends. 🐾💙

Believe it or not, they weren’t always water dogs! They were a little unsure at first, but after watching and playing with their friends, they discovered just how much fun the water could be.

It’s amazing how dogs can learn from other dogs. Confidence, new experiences, and even new skills are often picked up just by being around a good pack. That’s one of the many reasons it’s so important for Harper and Lambeau to stay social. Every adventure helps them grow, keeps them happy and confident, and makes them even better therapy dogs.

Keeping The Doodle Duo active, healthy, and social is so important to us! 💚 That’s why we love visiting The Green Dog Barkery. It’s where we find the best healthy food and treats, and it’s one of Harper and Lambeau’s favorite places to catch up with their furry (and human!) friends. We’re so thankful for a place that truly cares about every customer who walks through the door. 🐾
