It was a lot to unpack and will be a few days before they are put together, processed and plaqued. Then it’s off to their doggies for use.
I want to thank everyone who donated, bought a shirt or matched donations. This order was well over 3,000.00 with shipping. You made it possible for Ivy, Gabby, Zorro, Tulip, Kahlúa, Filmore and orhers to have the opportunity to live their best lives! You are amazing! I love each and everyone of you!
Thank you to the Village Pet Foundation, Pat, for listening to my craziness and thinking it was a good idea to have a program that loans out wheelchairs.

Today we officially kicked off Virgil’s Happy Wheels with a booth at the Wag’N Wheels dog wheelchair race at Reno Public Market. Virgil elected himself the Mayor, He wandered around greeting everyone and eating treats. It was a great day. We meet a physical Therapist that we can send our doggie friends to help fit the carts. We also met a dog, Ivy, who will be a participant in our loaner program.
Yay for all of us! It could not have been better.

Virgil and I will be at the Wag-N-Wheels puppy wheel chair race event in Reno. We will have a booth to kickstart Virgil’s Happy Wheels program through the Village Pet Foundation. Beautifully designed shirts will be available for a 35 dollar donation. There will also be a prize wheel while gifts last.
