Did you know that today is National Pet Fire Safety Day?

Approximately 500,000 pets are affected by house fires each year! It’s always great to take preventative measures like keeping pets away from open flames, even securing stove k***s and electrical cords. Also, making sure your smoke detectors work properly and have batteries. Consider microchipping to ensure your pets can be easily identified and reunited with you if lost. Lastly, Supervision especially around open flames and potential fire hazards.
