We will be closed from 11AM - 1PM today for a retirement luncheon celebrating one of our unsung heroes of Town & Country.

After 39 incredible years in veterinary medicine, we are honored to celebrate the retirement of our amazing Licensed Veterinary Technician, Alise.

Alise has been a cornerstone of Town & Country Veterinary Medical Center, dedicating her career to compassionate care for both patients and clients alike. Many may not know that over 20 years ago, when our hospital was still a large animal practice, Alise could be found out on farm calls alongside Dr. Ray and Dr. Jacobs—bringing her skill and heart to animals of all sizes.

From those early days in the field to helping shape who we are today as a small animal GP and daytime urgent care hospital, Alise’s impact has been immeasurable. Her knowledge, kindness, and steady presence have touched countless lives—both human and animal.

Alise, thank you for nearly four decades of dedication, growth, and care. You leave behind a legacy that will always be part of our hospital’s story.

Please join us in wishing her a happy and well-deserved retirement! 🐾

Good afternoon.

We just wanted to share an update with everyone about things here. We are unfortunately still experiencing very severe phone/internet woes. We are working still with spectrum and our IT team to come up with a solution.

We sincerely apologize for the lack of care or service any of you have felt due to this. To compound issues we have switched our hospital system to cloud based. This is something we had planned for the last 6 months. We did everything right to be set up well and this has all been outside our control.

We love and appreciate all of you. We are still here and still working just as hard as we can to serve all of you. Please continue to bear with us as we try and improve things.

Our phones and Internet are completely down.

We’re incredibly sorry to all of you. Spectrum is here working on it but our phone and internet are completely down at this point. We are open and are seeing patients. Please bear with us while we continue to get this resolved.
