Please share this information! Just like in summer only walk/exercise your dog in the early morning or in the evening. Never leave your pet in a car no matter what time of year it is. You may think it is not that hot, but temperatures in cars can rise dramatically in a short period of time.
Remember that Brachycephalic cats and dogs, are at an even greater risk. (Brachycephalic means "short-headed," and are characterized by their shortened muzzles and skulls, leading to potential health issues like breathing problems and heat intolerance. Persian cats, Bull dogs, Pekingese, Pugs, etc.)
Your pets depend on you to keep them safe!
