To all our loyal clients and future clients,

Here at Luna's Dog Grooming Salon we take animal safety very seriously. I would like to address a post going around that one of our groomers abused a dog. Some even saying that there were charges made against her. But there was never any officers contacted and no charges made because there was never any abuse. This is a terrible case of miscommunication.

But I do want to properly communicate my findings and how we got there.

As soon as I was informed of a potential issue I contacted the owner of the dog, firstly to check on the dog (She let me know the dog was fine) and secondly to invite them to sit down with me and review the entire video of her dog's groom. After watching the video and having all her questions and concerns answered she assured me that she saw no signs of abuse.

Just to give a very brief background of this dog, they were heavily sedated and to an onlooker that is not aware of this, it can look very scary. They do take a lot more handling and support just to make sure they don't fall and hurt themselves.

It's that time of year again! PetQuest 2025 is in full swing. We will be closed Friday June 20th as our groomers attend to learn about the latest techniques and equipment in the dog grooming industry. We will be reopening Saturday June 21st at 8:00 AM for normal business hours. We look forward to seeing everyone again!
