PSA from Paws on Whipp
Hi everyone,
I want to take a moment to address something important with honesty, kindness, and clarity.
As many of you know, we’ve recently had some staffing changes at Paws on Whipp. While I haven’t been able to personally notify everyone, please know that these transitions are a normal part of running a business and we’re committed to moving forward in a positive direction.
Unfortunately, some former employees took confidential client information and used it to contact my customers directly. This is not only unethical—it’s also illegal. I’ve spoken with an attorney, and we are exploring our legal options to protect the business and your privacy.
If you received a message encouraging you to follow a former employee to a new location, you are of course free to make your own choices. However, please understand that anyone who chooses to leave and follow them will no longer be welcome as a client at Paws on Whipp. This is not personal—it’s about protecting the integrity of the business I’ve worked so hard to build. . Once that trust is broken, it’s difficult to know whether any information shared with returning clients might be passed along to individuals who have already shown disregard for professional boundaries. It puts my business, my team, and my peace of mind at risk.
This shop is my heart and soul. I’ve poured years of dedication, hard work, and love into creating a safe and happy space for your pets. To hear rumors that we’re closing—also shared by former staff—is not only false, it’s incredibly hurtful. We’re not closing. In fact, we’re growing stronger every day thanks to our amazing team and loyal clients.
To those who’ve continued to support us—thank you, truly. Your loyalty, kind words, and continued trust mean everything to me and my team. We love what we do, and we’re proud to care for your furry family members.
Thank you for being part of the Paws on Whipp family.
