North Texas Veterinary Clinic is a client-focused, full-service animal hospital. Our facility is designed with state-of-the-art equipment, allowing us to provide high quality veterinary care while still at a reasonable price. The atmosphere in our hospital is always warm and welcoming and provides a small town friendly environment. We believe that each pet that enters our hospital should be treated as if it were our own, and hence will always receive the love and care that it deserves.

Today we're celebrating an incredible milestone—5 years of dedication, compassion, and exceptional veterinary care from Dr. Bell!

For the past five years, Dr. Bell has been making a difference in the lives of pets and their families every single day. From wellness visits and puppy checkups to complex medical cases and heartfelt moments, her commitment to her patients shines through in everything she does.
We are so grateful for the knowledge, kindness, and leadership she brings to our team and the trust she has built with our clients and their beloved pets. North Texas Veterinary Clinic is a better place because of her, and we are honored to have her as part of our family.

Today we had the absolute pleasure of meeting proud mama Ethel and her three adorable puppies:🐾❤️

This sweet family stopped by for the babies’ 2-day-old wellness checkups, and everyone is doing great. Mom is taking excellent care of her little ones, and they are growing stronger every day.

Ethel and her puppies are currently being cared for by our wonderful shelter partner, Watauga Animal Services. Once these tiny pups are old enough, they will be looking for loving forever homes through adoption.

For now, they'll be spending their days snuggling, nursing, and perfecting the art of being irresistibly cute. 💕 Keep an eye out on the Watauga Animal Services page for future updates and info for other adoptable fur babies!

When every second counts, diagnostics that are fast, non-invasive, and informative make a huge difference. 🩺✨

That’s why our doctors recently updated their ultrasound training using the Global FAST ultrasound exam for our patients! This ultrasound technique allows veterinarians to quickly look inside the chest and abdomen using ultrasound technology.

This tool helps us identify concerns such as:
• Free fluid or bleeding
• Heart or lung abnormalities
• Signs of trauma
• Changes that may require emergency treatment

The best part? A FAST scan is painless, does not require surgery, and can often be performed with minimal stress for your pet. 🐾

Whether a patient is sick, injured, or experiencing an emergency, Global FAST ultrasound gives our team valuable real-time information so we can make quicker, more informed decisions about care. ❤️

Exciting News!! We’re thrilled to welcome our newest veterinarian, Dr. Reilly, to the team! 🐾💙

She will be officially joining our team as of June 1st! She earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology in Nebraska before entering the Professional Program in Veterinary Medicine at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Dr. Reilly completed her veterinary education at Iowa State University, where she earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree. After practicing small animal medicine in Omaha, she made the move to Texas to begin an exciting new chapter — and we’re so happy that chapter brought her to our clinic!

Dr. Reilly’s professional interests include preventive medicine, soft tissue surgery, and supporting the behavioral and psychological well-being of her patients. She believes in a balanced approach to pet health that nurtures both physical and emotional wellness. When she’s not caring for pets, Dr. Reilly enjoys spending time outdoors, discovering new restaurants, baking, and walking her two dachshunds, Winnie and June Bug. She also loves relaxing at home with her two cats, Franki and Beanie.

A year ago, Alaina made the big move from New York to Texas, and we are so lucky she chose to bring her talent, compassion, and dedication to the North Texas Veterinary Clinic team.
