Kelpies are known for being incredibly smart, energetic, and loyal companions. Marge already has the curious eyes and playful personality to keep everyone smiling around the clinic. We can’t wait to watch her grow!

Today we had the pleasure of hosting students from 𝙆𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙮 𝙃𝙞𝙜𝙝 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 for a tour of our clinic! 🐾⁣
The students got a behind-the-scenes look at veterinary medicine, including seeing radiographs, touring our new addition, and of course spending time with 𝗟𝗲𝗳𝘁𝘆 — an adorable 9-week-old English Labrador puppy! 🐶💙⁣
We love sharing our passion for 𝘃𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲 and introducing students to the many ways we care for pets every day.⁣

Long Term Resident Spotlight: Germ🦠😍

Meet Germ, a 4 year old sweetheart who’s been waiting patiently at KAAS for 621 days. That’s far too long for a dog with this much love to give, but Germ hasn’t let it dim his bright, happy spirit. Germ is the definition of a friendly companion. He gets along great with other dogs and would likely thrive in a home with a playful canine buddy to help burn off some of his energy.🐶 And speaking of energy, this boy has plenty of it! He would love a home with a big backyard where he can run, stretch his legs, and enjoy life to the fullest. A 6 foot tall fence is a must to keep this active guy safe while he plays!

While Germ is an all around good boy, he could use a little polishing on his manners. The good news? He’s already off to a great start! He knows how to sit and does it like such a gentleman. With a bit of consistency and guidance, Germ has all the potential to grow into the perfect, well mannered companion! At his core, Germ is just the sweetest guy you’ll ever meet, full of love, energy, and excitement for life. After 621 days, he’s more than ready to trade in his kennel for a forever home!
