Congratulations to our Summit Stables crew on a weekend full of wonderful rides and stepping up in new divisions at the Central States Fall Classic Show! Lots of highlights from this weekend now that we have finally caught back up!
Eleanor and Lukas With A K (Lukas) had an incredible weekend! On Saturday, they shined in their regular walk/trot classes—earning top marks and even taking first in a competitive pattern class! After such a strong performance, we decided it was time for Eleanor to move up to the walk/trot/canter division. She made an amazing debut, bringing home two firsts and a second, including a win in the w/t/c pattern class! We couldn’t be prouder of this hardworking pair.
Kennadi and Gypsy’s Bragging Rights (Jupiter) also had a wonderful go as well, earning top two on Saturday in the pattern class with Eleanor, then sweeping it away on Sunday with the blue! What a way to send Jupiter off to his retirement , we love this special boy and will always be his biggest fans!
Kennadi THEN had a big debut herself as she took the ring with her new partner, Jay Gatsby, in the 12&under Walk/Trot pleasure class! Going into her last academy class that morning and then a spectacular debut on her new boy. We are so excited for the future ahead for this pair!!
Avi and Vuvuzela had two incredible rides as well! All of Avi’s hard work paid off this past weekend with two of the best rides these two have ever had, including being named reserve champion on Sunday. We are so proud!
Ella and I’m S’more had their big debut on Sunday, after just a few short weeks together and racked away with a blue ribbon! Truly solidified the love we all have for this good boy. Looking forward to next show season with this big guy, and are so excited for Ella!
