Northridge Farm

Northridge Farm Northridge Farm is a private equine boarding facility established by Nancy Womack in 1988.

Sarah Berkowitz currently operates her business "Bell Mountain Eventing" out of Northridge Farm. Located in the heart of Kansas City, on the site of an old homestead established before the Civil War, Northridge Farm is a tranquil setting that features thirty acres of rolling pastures, cross country fences, an indoor arena and an 80' x 200' outdoor sand arena. The 22 stall barn features two heated/

cooled tack rooms, automatic waterers and mats, hot cold wash rack, a reception area, office, lounge and a viewing area. Northridge Farm was established in 1988 by Nancy Kraus Womack and has been home to many successful horse and rider combinations in Dressage and Combined Training. Sarah Berkowitz, an upper level Eventing Rider and Dressage Bronze Medal recipient, is the head trainer/instructor at Northridge Farm. For nearly three decades, Mary has been the heart of our barn, caring for countless horses over the years. Through early mornings, long days, and every challenge in between, she has been a steady presence and a true source of support for our entire community.

Mary’s impact goes far beyond horse care. Her knowledge, guidance, compassion have helped shape the barn family we know and love today. She has touched so many lives—both human and equine—and we are endlessly grateful for all she does.
