Leashed or carried pets are always welcome to shop in our retail area. Salon and play services are by appointment. Simply Grooming by Gia is a local, woman-owned, minority-owned, pet salon and pet boutique that offers personalized, compassionate, grooming in safety-centric environment. We focus on QUALITY rather than quantity, and believe that this is what is best and safest for your pet. We belie

ve in gentle, low-stress, interactions with both our two and four legged clients. We offer convenient by-appointment scheduling Monday through Saturday. For the safety and comfort of all involved, we ask that you keep your dog on a monthly schedule. This helps us keep prices steady and pets looking their best! Our staff are pet CPR certified, certified in ares of individual interest- including Master certification, participate in continuing education, and compete in grooming, several speak on grooming related subjects within the industry. We are committed to building lasting personal relationships with you, your pets and each other and believe that low turn over in any business is a sign of this kind of commitment! As good stewards of the planet we all share, we use natural products (even our products used if your pet has fleas are non-chemical), and practice green habits -including recycling all that we can and using local and re-purposed items in our shop where possible. This boy saw Dr Zink who travels from Nebraska a few times per year and whom he has seen once before. He did a careful adjustment on Alā€™s neck and pelvis and some energy work. He was incredibly cautious as we donā€™t want to do anything that could cause the thrombus to break loose which would likely kill him. Al was so very excited to see Dr Zink and his assistant as well as his PT Dr Connie and her assistant Katy who facilitate Dr Zinkā€™s visits and both of whom he hasnā€™t seen since this journey began as PT is also not recommended with an active thrombus and when on blood thinners. We have learned so much on this unexpected journey. Like foods he canā€™t have when taking blood thinners including fish oil and turmeric. Treatment modalities like red light therapy and magnetic therapy are a no no as they can possibly increase the risk of bleeding. Chiropractic must be performed extra carefully and never near his adrenal gland mass and thrombus. The list goes on. Today he sees his regular vet Dr Rowe for acupuncture which really did wonders for Cecile and has been good for Al. He was a tired boy last night after seeing so many of his friends and showing off for them. We sure love this boy and are grateful for every day with him.
