INPUT FROM CLIENTS & POTENTIAL CLIENTS NEEDED! We are looking into hiring a receptionist when Julie retires. I have met with many options and have narrowed down to 2 companies. Would you prefer a virtual or AI veterinary trained 24/7 365 option or a human working 5-6 hours a day (probably 8-noon and 4-6 pm 5 days a week?) Right now, people leave a message and Julie checks messages and returns calls throughout the day. I would prefer that client calls are always answered immediately and questions answered and/or make appointments made anytime day or night vs always getting a recorded message.
