~5 medium sized outside corrals with shade covers/tree shade
*We border miles of riding trails for a fun trail ridding day!
*Our arena is
104 X125 shadded by mature trees
*Arena has some lighting, sprinklers and we drag it regularly
**Professional Dressage trainer Elizabeth Johnson gives lessons Sundays
*5 covered cross ties/wash racks with mats
*Gated property
*I live on the property and take excellent care of all the horses in my care
*Ranch hand lives on property and does night checks on our horses
*feed cards for each horse with owner/vet details
*turn out services available
*Locked, lighted tack rooms
*Corrals cleaned daily
*I feed Teff and Alfalfa
*Supplement feeding free
*Board $$425/stall $465
