How have these two cuties not been adopted yet??

Staff found these two sweet girls cuddled up together yesterday and we just had to share how adorable - and friendly - they are! LaVerne (diluted tortie) and Kouvr (torbie) are both still looking for their forever homes! They are not bonded - they didn’t even come in to the shelter together; this is just how friendly and easygoing they are!

Athena is not available for adoption from JRHS nor do we know anything other than what is listed in the post. If you are interested in Athena or have any questions, please message us and we will get you in contact with her owner!

“Athena is a 10-month old XL Bully Mastiff. She loves tug of war, and jumping on your lap and cuddling. She loves other dogs and literally every person she sees! She is off leash trained, however if she sees people she thinks they wanna see her too! She loves her buffalo horn chew thing and squeaky balls. She will also sit if you tell her to sit and she wants a treat.”

Zinnia came to us from another ND pound when her time was up. She was struggling with stress at the shelter because of all of the other dogs around her. She’s been in foster-to-adopt the last few weeks, and today, it’s official - she has her forever home, and she’s thrilled about it!

Bee came to us from another ND rescue back in July. She hasn’t had much interest in her, which has shocked us because of how sweet and goofy she is. Today, she went to her forever home, where she will be spoiled as the only dog!
