Join us for our Open House Tour at Eden Gardens on Saturday, November 16th from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Experience a guided tour of our growing systems, harvest seasonal produce, and enjoy a complimentary cup of Eden Gardens coffee along the way.

We’re featuring Moringa – often referred to as the “Miracle Tree” for its remarkable health benefits.

We cultivate Moringa in our food forests. By planting Moringa alongside our fruit trees, we create a sustainable ecosystem where this hardy tree offers shade, while also enriching the soil and providing an abundance of health-boosting leaves for us and our fish and chickens.

At 10:30 AM, come learn how we incorporate Moringa into our food forests. We’ll demonstrate pruning techniques for preparing it before winter and show you how to harvest and preserve its nutrient-packed leaves for year-round use.

Roselle Hibiscus is in season! We want to share this easy to grow Fall favorite with you this Saturday for our Open House Tour.

We start roselle hibiscus from seed in the spring. By fall, it becomes a beautiful bush with vibrant flowers and calyxes. We harvest the calyxes to make tea, syrup, jam, and a cranberry sauce alternative.

Free samples of our freshly harvested hibiscus tea will be available at the farm stand.

We’re serving up free samples from our commercial aquaponics system this Saturday for our Open House Tasting Tour. Fish cleaning & cooking demonstrations at 9:30 & 10:30!

Tilapia, herbs, spinach, coffee and tours of our sustainable growing spaces will be available.

Join us for a taste of our freshly caught tilapia, seasoned with farm-grown herbs at our Open House Tasting tour this Saturday, September 21st, from 9AM to 12PM.

Enjoy free samples while our team gives guided tours of our fish hatchery and two aquaponics systems. Don't miss our live demonstrations on catching and cleaning tilapia at 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

We are offering 2-5 lb tilapia, directly out of our commercial aquaponics system. Bags and ice will be available. All purchases are based on a suggested $5 donation per pound of fish to help support the farm.

This is your opportunity to learn more about our sustainable farming practices and taste the results!
