Roselle Hibiscus is in season! We want to share this easy to grow Fall favorite with you this Saturday for our Open House Tour.

We start roselle hibiscus from seed in the spring. By fall, it becomes a beautiful bush with vibrant flowers and calyxes. We harvest the calyxes to make tea, syrup, jam, and a cranberry sauce alternative.

Free samples of our freshly harvested hibiscus tea will be available at the farm stand.

We will not be having Volunteer Day this Thursday due to the storm. Please stay safe & we’ll see you next Thursday.

Creating Change

We sit on 120 acres in NW Jacksonville, Fl. We are working on building a self-sustaining eco-farm that will help train and feed thousands. We will provide fresh organic food to those who need it most at a low cost through our community farmer’s market or for free through our work-4-food program.

The vision of Eden Garden’s can be divided into three main focuses:

Community Focus

Our neighbors are the primary beneficiaries of the work we do. Through our community farmer’s market, they have the ability to purchase healthy food. Our work-4-food program will not only teach people about how to tend their own gardens, but give them the ability to receive free food through working on the farm.
