At just 12 weeks old, this sweet puppy should be learning all about life in a loving home—but so far, all he's ever known is shelter life.
Despite his rough start, he hasn't let it dampen his spirit. This little guy is overflowing with love and affection. If you're sitting down, he'll be at your feet. If you're walking around, he'll be right behind you. His favorite place in the world is wherever his people are.
He loves attention, loves to play, and is always ready to soak up every bit of affection you're willing to give. He's the kind of puppy who wants to be involved in everything you do and will happily trade puppy kisses for belly rubs.

Well here she is!

The family that helped us catch her, and was committed to adopting her, has not returned our calls

Carmen’s story is one of resilience and second chances. For nearly two weeks, this sweet girl survived on her own, roaming and trying to make sense of a world that had let her down. When she was finally brought to safety, Carmen showed us that beneath her tough journey is a loving dog who just wants stability, kindness, and someone she can trust.

While Carmen may not understand why people keep passing her by, she still greets each day hopeful that her real family is out there.

Carmen is ready to leave her wandering days behind and trade uncertainty for a warm bed, full belly, and people who won’t give up on her. She deserves a home that sees her not as the dog who was overlooked, but as the loyal companion she’s waiting to become.

Since arriving at the shelter, Flower has received the care she needed and has made an incredible recovery. Her skin has healed, her confidence has grown, and her sweet personality shines brighter every day. What was once a frightened stray hiding from the world is now a loving, happy girl ready to find a family of her own.
