If you have not tried my new maple breakfast sausage - oh, you are missing out! I made this breakfast casserole with my farm fresh eggs and Kunekune maple breakfast sausage. My kitchen smelled like maple syrup for hours! This sausage is SO delicious! I sell my Kunekune pork products off my ranch and will be offering shipping in 2026. 🐽🐷

The last Farmer’s Market of 2025 was a success and lots of fun. Thanks to all my customers for purchasing my pasture-raised Kunekune pork. As I head into my 9th year of breeding and raising this wonderful heritage breed, I am so thankful for all my breeding stock and pork customers from over the years. From the beginning, my goal was to offer quality registered breeding stock to homesteaders looking to raise their own meat and to offer this delicious pork to the public. As all ranchers know, the journey has had its many ups and downs but the amazing friendships that I have developed with people from all over the country makes it all worthwhile.
