The Heart To Heart family has grown by 1 sweet little soul!! Welcome, Chelsea! 💕🌸 She’s well known around C. Lake & has the cutest wardrobe for the fall and winter. I was so happy to help keep her afternoon walk routine consistent this last week while her mom was traveling!
