Good morning everyone! Just want to address a couple of things that we have been experiencing the past couple of weeks.
APPOINTMENT TIMES: guys we have set times for arrival for a reason….. so if your appointment is at say 10Am please do NOT show up at 930-9:40, same for any other appointment time please arrive at your scheduled time or within 10 min of set time. Also WE DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 9am! So if you are one of those 9am clients please do not arrive earlier than 8:50. If you need an ealrier drop off time please express this during the scheduling process.

Clients needing their dog picked up in a certain time frame and or have something going on the day of appointment: PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE! I will no longer rush through dogs or put anyone in front of someone else bc you have a time frame the day of your appointment! We have had several issues with this the past few weeks. Guys if you need your dog done by a certain time LET ME KNOW AT SCHEDULING! otherwise we will run the day as usual and per our scheduled appointments.
I hate adressing things like this bc they aren’t always positive however when it becomes an issue it will be addressed. See y’all soon and thank you again for allowing us to care for your fur babies ❤️ we appreciate all of you 😉

Good morning everyone! I have some exciting news and some not so exciting news.
Exciting news first right? Lol The Doghouse phone line is now textable! So to all of you who prefer a text or to communicate through text we can now do so!!!!
Now for the not so exciting news……. Pretty sure I’ve caught something, 😷 so to everyone I’ve seen this week just a heads up and to everyone scheduled for today I have already sent out the cancellation text. Those scheduled for tomorrow or sat we are playing it by ear. Just depends on how I feel. Not trying to groom in misery and definitely not trying to get anyone else sick 🤒 thank you for your understanding ❤️

HAPPY FRIDAY! With the snow coming in we would like to tell everyone to be safe out there today! If you have seen the news in the past 24 hours you will have seen that down by our house (brown county) the roads are still a bit sketchy in places so with that said We will be closing PROMPTLY today after the last dog has left to try and beat the snow rush ❄️

Good morning everyone and Happy New Year!! Hope your new year is starting off wonderfully! So after an eventful time off we are back and operating.
Now I am NOT fully recovered from my surgery so I will be taking it slow for a few weeks, this WILL impact appointments and for that I apologize however I will not risk my career. With that being said please also understand that we are currently in our winter season and I DO NOT live in Marion County so with snow events even though your roads in Indy are clear mine may not be so please be understanding to that.
Current appointment standings as of 1/8/25
First available haircut appointment for ONE DOG is the week of February 3
Multiple dogs: week of February 10th
Saturday haircut appointments are NO LONGER available unless you are a CURRENT REGULAR SATURDAY CLIENT. We are currently booked out for Saturday haircuts until March and will not be taking on any new Saturday haircut clients

Bath and nail appointments are available as soon as next week :)

Also please note: EFFECTIVE 1/1/25- we will be ENFORCING ALL POLICIES FOUND ON THE CLIENT AGREEMENT FORM NO EXCEPTIONS! So please read it when you come in If there are any questions please ask so we can make sure you understand what you are signing. I will NO LONGER WAIVE any no show fees, late fees, or daycare fees. When you sign at EACH SESSION you are agreeing to our policies.

This is Sam y’all…… it’s been a couple of weeks. We have regained access to our pages and are working on securing them the rest of the way. In the meantime….. ANY AND ALL MESSAGES, POSTS, OR COMMENTS MADE BETWEEN 12/3/24-12/17/24 WERE NOT US‼️‼️‼️‼️ PER THE LAST POST WE WERE ABLE TO MAKE WE LOST POWER OF OUR ACCOUNT ON DECEMBER 3, 2024. It was brought to our attention some clients may have been in contact with our “hacker” with that said please contact you bank to dispute any charges you may have made during this time, any “appointments” made through messages during this time period WILL NOT BE HONORED‼️ im sorry but it was NOT us that made the appointment. We are so incredibly sorry for any inconvenience for this was a big hit for us too being offline. Please give me a few days to get things back in order for we just regained access this morning. Thank you in advance!

Hey guys happy Tuesday! Can you believe Thanksgiving is in 2 days?!?! Sheesh where has this year gone? Haircut appointments are BOOKED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE YEAR! We do have the waitlist in place if you’d like but as of today there are no open spots until the END OF JANUARY. We are NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS AT THIS TIME.
Bath and nail spots are available but are very limited . Please remember (I’ll post again when we get closer) we will be CLOSED DECEMBER 20- JANUARY 3 for my surgery and recovery ❤️‍🩹 thank you all for your continued support and as always….. we hope to see ya soon! If not though have a wonderful holiday season and we will see ya next year ;)

TGIF! Hope everyone had a spooky but fun holiday! Now it’s crunch time Haha as many of you are aware we are almost completely BOOKED for haircuts for the remainder of 2024.
If you haven’t already we encourage you to get your appointment scheduled SOON! Spots are EXTREMELY limited both this month as well as next month. And we are NOT ACCEPTING NEW HAIRCUT CLIENTS

Last but not least and I will reintegrate this several times just to make sure everyone knows:
WE WILL BE CLOSED DECEMBER 20, 2024- JANUARY 3, 2025. Yes usually I take a week or so off every year but this year is a bit longer and not going to be as much fun lol I will be having surgery on my right hand Dec 19 and will be unable to groom for 2 weeks. So I scheduled it around my vacation so it didn’t affect anyone’s appointment. If you have any questions please feel free to ask and we hope to see ya soon :)

now moving on to business, since we are now in September 😳🤯 and the holidays are right around the corner please start preparing to get your holiday appointments scheduled! They are already almost gone!!!
SATURDAY HAIRCUT appointments are BOOKED FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR! we do have a waitlist in the event of a cancellation but my regulars weren’t playing this year and made sure they had their appointments scheduled in advance :)❤️
We are also NOT currently accepting NEW HAIRCUT CLIENTS. Spots are too limited for the remainder of the year to add new clients.
NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS: Per the client form EVERYONE signs at check in… ALL APPOINTMENTS NOT CANCELLED AT LEAST 24 hours in advance will have a $35 NO SHOW FEE. This time of year I will show NO mercy REGARDLESS of the reason it wasn’t cancelled in the given timeframe. We are too busy and have too many clients on the waitlist trying to get in.
