What an honor, it is when your client is texting you because they are at the vet to do the unthinkable. Me the groomer, wow I think that is a very powerful statement I am the groomer and they are thinking of me and their time is sorrow. It makes me realize just how important I am to some of these clients of mine. When you groom a dog their entire life you become so attached to them and their family. You feel their pain and your loss because they are no longer your clients. But you have established a good friendship that will last forever. I have the most amazing clients and I would dearly miss Miss Lacey. I probably groomed her 13 years. 💔💔
