Unfortunately, I have been forced to implement a boarding deposit requirement across the board. I have never liked the policy of non refundable deposits, but after being taken advantage of so many times, I'm left with no other choice. Ive had entirely too many people booking reservations only to then no call/ no show without even the decentcy of a cancelation.
I'm a small business and when I have empty kennels during my biggest boarding times it is a hard hit. I have been turning away clients needing my service that I could have accommodated!
Beginning October 7, 2025, during high demand times, deposits will be required at time of booking.
For a stay of up to 3 nights, one night boarding rate will be due at time of booking. For 7+ nights, three night deposits will be required. The deposit will be non refundable unless cancelation is done at least a week in advance of reservation arrival date.
