It is with heavy hearts that we share the loss of our dear friend and teammate, Jamie Adkins. Jamie was only 29 years old and had been part of the Pet Palace family as our groomer for 3 1/2 years, though she had been grooming and caring for pets for almost a decade.

She had a true gift with animals and an endless love for them, as she poured her heart into every pet she worked with. Her kindness and laughter touched everyone who knew her. She wasn’t just our groomer, she was family.

Her viewing will be held Wednesday, October 1st, from 12-1pm at Steen Funeral Home in Ashland. To honor Jamie’s memory and allow our team to attend her services, Pet Palace will be closed Wednesday from 11-2.

We are keeping her family in our hearts and prayers and ask that you do the same during this incredibly difficult time.

Jamie’s absence will be deeply felt, but her love for animals and the joy she brought into this world will never be forgotten. We love you, Jamie ❤️🪽🕯️
