Sueno, the dreamy male Spanish galgo is looking for his forever home. I've been fostering this youngster (DOB: Jan 30, 2025) for several weeks and can tell you how good a boy he is. He is learning so much every day, he takes direction and correction VERY well from the resident adult dogs in our home as well as from the humans. He has some energy, of course, but given his age that is totally appropriate. He went to his first meet n greet yesterday and met all kinds of people and dogs and did fantastic. Initially he was a little nervous, but after about 30 minutes he was enjoying himself.

The best home for Sueno is one NOT in the city and one without cats. He does well with other dogs if introduced correctly and loves people!!

Sueno is a gorgeous male galgo who arrived from Spain in April. He is our foster and is doing fantastic. This guy would do great in a home in the suburbs or rural area and with a person or family that will enjoy the antics that only a youngster can have. His dob is: August 20, 2024

NO cats
NO city
YES other dogs that are patient with a young guy
YES to a person(s) that is willing to help him grow up
YES to an active home although he can turn off and totally crash

Hola. Me llamo es Sueno. I am a 16 month old male, Spanish Galgo looking for a home. I love long walks, cookies and snuggles. I am doing well with housebreaking and I get along with all of my foster brothers and sisters (although Yuna scares me a little bit 🤫). No cats but I am doing great with everyone...big and little. I am frisky and playful but totally acting my age. Plus, look how handsome I am 😎.

I would love to find my forever home. But not in the city. I love the Burbs and rural areas. Maybe with you??

Sueno is a gorgeous male galgo who recently arrived from Spain. He was born in January, 2025. He is such a good boy. I kept the muzzle on as he just arrived and was a little bit guarded but is really doing well adjusting to his foster home. If interested in adopting and you have NO cats and don’t live in a city environment, please send us a message.

The beautiful Sueno, a recent arrival from Spain, in search of his forever home. Sueno is a male galgo, DOB: Jan 30, 2025. He is young and definitely immature. He would dog best in a home in the suburbs or country as the hustle and bustle of the city is proving to be a bit stressful for him. Sueno is brand new and although he has a lot to learn, he is already learning so much! Grateful Greyhounds wants to make sure his next stop is his last because a few moves can really do a ton of damage and delay trust and training.

If you are interested in adopting Sueno and have no cats or small dogs but perhaps one other laid back hound in the house, please let me or Jesse know. This guy is stunning and in the right home he will thrive and be the best guy around.

PODENCO for ADOPTION

Introducing Roqui, male podenco who recently arrived from Spain. Roqui is a little on the chunky side, but with increased activity and monitored diet. His birthday is Jan 28, 2022

Roqui is friendly, smart, learning the ropes in his foster home with housebreaking and house rules VERY fast. Plus, look at all those freckles 😊❤️.
