Our clinic will be CLOSED on Friday June 5th, 2026 BUT we are OPEN instead on Thursday June 4th‼️

We are taking this day for well-deserved team rest so we can come back refreshed and ready to give your pets the absolute best care.

Here is what you need to know:

💊 Prescriptions: Please pick up any urgent medications or food refills well beforehand.

📞 Appointments: We will respond to all voicemail and email messages as soon as we return. Please DO NOT WAIT, if your pet is ill please go to Urgent care or a local emergency clinic.

🚨 In Case of an Emergency: If your pet needs immediate medical attention while we are away, please contact Animal Emergency of Pasco at (727) 361-6938. For urgent care matters, please contact UrgentVet at (727) 877-8044 on FL-54.

Important Updates Regarding Pharmacy Refill Policy

Dear Valued Clients,

We write to share an update about our prescription refill policy. Our primary goal is always to provide excellent care for your pets while keeping wait times short.

To help our medical team fill every prescription safely, we now require 24 to 48 hours notice for all medication refills. This timeframe ensures our veterinarians can review your pet's file and dispense the medication accurately.

We understand that unexpected situations happen. If you need a guaranteed same-day urgent refill, a $10 convenience fee will be added to the order. This fee covers the cost of redirecting our staff from scheduled appointments to process an emergency request.

How you can help:
Check supply: Look at your pet's medication levels a week before they run out.
Plan ahead: Submit refill requests at least two business days in advance.
