🩷 We are incredibly grateful. 🩷

We are honored to share that Purrfurred Veterinary Care has been named a Top 3 finalist for Best Veterinary Hospital in the 2026 Monmouth County Community’s Choice Awards — and our beloved Dr. Tracie Glicker has been named a Top 3 finalist for Best Veterinarian.

To everyone who nominated us, voted for us, supported our team, and continues to trust us with the care of your pets: thank you. Your support means more to us than we could ever adequately put into words.
Seeing Dr. Glicker’s name among the Top 3 is especially meaningful. The love this community continues to show for her — and for the hospital she built — is a beautiful reminder of the impact she made and the legacy that continues every day at PFVC. 🩷

We’ll find out at the awards ceremony on November 19, 2026 whether either of our finalists takes home the win. Until then, we are simply incredibly proud and grateful to be Top 3 in BOTH categories. 🏆🐾

Thank you, Monmouth County. From all of us at PFVC, truly — thank you. 🩷🩶🤍

This recognition meant so much to Dr. Glicker and our PFVC family last year…….but this year, it means something entirely different.

Dr. Glicker poured her heart into Purrfurred Veterinary Care. She built this practice around exceptional medicine, compassion, loyalty, and a genuine love for the animals and families who trusted her with their care. Her impact on this community — and on all of us fortunate enough to work beside her — continues far beyond her lifetime.

We would absolutely love to see PFVC bring home Best Veterinary Clinic, but even more, we cannot imagine a more meaningful way to honor Dr. Glicker than to see her named Best Veterinarian one final time. 💗
So, if PFVC and Dr. Glicker have made a difference in your life or the life of your pet, we would be honored to have your vote.

YOU CAN VOTE DAILY! The links below will take you directly to each category, where you can find Purrfurred Veterinary Care and Dr. Glicker to cast your votes.

We’ve received a few calls from clients who are understandably unsure about our doctor availability following the passing of Dr. Glicker. 🤍
First and foremost, we want to thank you for your kindness, patience, and support during this time—it truly means so much to our entire team.
We want to reassure you that Purrfurred Veterinary Care remains fully staffed with veterinarians and continues to provide care for our patients. 🐾 We typically have two doctors in the office each day seeing appointments, and we are here for you and your pets just as we always have been.
As we continue to navigate this transition, our hours have shifted slightly, and we kindly ask that clients allow at least 48 hours’ notice for all prescription refill requests so we can ensure each request is properly reviewed and prepared.
If you have any questions or need to schedule an appointment, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are always here for you. 💗
