Our Story

Tod is a New Hampshire native and has been living in Houston since 2010. Before becoming a RealtorÂŽ, he worked in merchandising, management, and sales for a national home furnishings company. His experience there honed his skills in working with people, managing multiple projects and deadlines, and keeping his team calm under pressure.

Tod finds creative solutions to achieve his client’s goals. He thinks outside of the box, and finds ways to make every deal work for every client. Outside of his business, animal rescue is a cause close to his heart; Tod and his husband share their home with four rescue dogs and one rescue rabbit, and for every home sold he makes a donation to a local animal rescue group.
