We are officially AAHA Accredited!

We are overwhelmingly proud and excited to announce that our independently owned hospital inside of PetSmart-Houma is now AAHA Accredited!

Did you know that around only 15% of veterinary hospitals are AAHA Accredited? The American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) sets the highest standard of veterinary care and achieving accreditation means that we have met over 900 standards of exceptional patient care, our commitment to quality, and always being open minded to continue to improve!

Before our doors opened on January 12, 2024, we had an idea of what this would mean for us and began implementing the best quality of care that we could provide the moment our first patient came through the door! In just 18 months of opening, with the hard work, determination, and dedication of our staff we can gladly say this goal of ours has been met!

We'd like to give a special thanks to our fearless and driven owners. Their passion to create a safe and diverse environment, support, commitment to excellence, and their motivation to inspire us every day. We thank you for believing in your team and encouraging us to be the best versions of ourselves. Thank you to our Technician Sydni Boudreaux, for always keeping us on our toes, keeping our work environment positive and exciting, always standing up to the challenge and pushing yourself; whether it was writing protocols, drowning in inventory, or training staff members all while continuing to grow in your career. Thank you to our Technician Lavada Miller for tackling any task that was thrown your way and for picking up slack during the countless meetings we've had to have!
