Hello friends! I can't tell you how much I dislike having to have a business side of my business, but I unfortunately do. Already this week I have had a little over $300.00 worth of cancelations. 🤦‍♀️ That is a huge hit to my weekly budget I have that helps financially support my family.
I will be strictly enforcing a 35.00 cancelation fee per dog for any cancelations with in less of a 24 hours notice for their groom. I am booking 6 to 8 weeks out. If you have to reschedule, please know it will be 6-8 weeks out unless I have a cancelation.
Also please know, there are exceptions for certain life instances. Life happens! I 100% get it! I will always squeeze clients in who had to cancle due to things out of their control.
I love and appreciate all of you! Thank you for supporting me. 🧡
