Hello Cafe Pet Spa Clients! We are excited to be starting another school year, but we have a few changes to our business. As some of you may have heard, Ashlee will no longer be in the back as she has taken over the instructor position. The new para, Madison, went through the grooming program a few years ago and will be in the back this year with the students. Unfortunately, the school is no longer allowing us to do the grooming certifications, so we will only be offering bath&brush services and basic trims (ex. labs, golden retrievers, aussies, etc). We are more than happy to refer our haircut clients to other businesses in the area (most of which are our past students). We are also now enforcing a late pickup policy. All dogs need to be picked up by either 10:15 or 1:45, depending on what part of the day your appointment is. We are allowing a 15 minute grace period, so after 10:30 or 2:00, you will be charged a $5 late fee, then an additional $5 for every 5 minutes after that. With that being said, the students will officially begin scheduling appointments this coming Tuesday, September 2nd. Please note that appointments will only be scheduled during student hours (8-10:30 and 11:45-2)
