Happy International Dogs Day.
National Dog Day was launched by American animal behavior expert and animal advocate Collen Page. She established this holiday in 2004. Initially, it was known as National Dog Day in the U.S., but over time, the idea spread far beyond the country’s borders. The main goal of the day is not just to take beautiful photos with your pet, but to remind people of the important role dogs play in people’s lives.

Here she is enjoying a rare day off relaxing with her human Leon, who also happens to be our Operations Manager at CPC. They are a real power couple! ❤️💪

Are you looking for some fun, farm time, and friendly faces with your dog??

Support the Columbia River Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club as they host a Farm Dog Certification test, Sunday September 27th at Brigand's Hide Out in Battle Ground WA.

Entries open on Monday 8/10! These events are always fun and a great place to meet good dog folks. The Farm Dog test is similar to the Canine Good Citizen test, but around farm sights, sounds, chores.
