Aliʻi Animal Hospital is pleased to welcome back Dr. Ariel Fagen, DACVB, board-certified veterinary behavior specialist, for a visiting clinic taking place July 19–25.

Dr. Fagen works with pets experiencing a wide range of behavioral concerns, including:
• Anxiety and panic behaviors
• Fear-based responses
• Aggression
• Separation-related distress
• Litterbox issues
• Fighting between household pets
• Reactivity on walks
• Compulsive or repetitive behaviors
• Behavioral challenges related to medical conditions or life changes

She provides comprehensive behavioral evaluations and individualized treatment plans, which may include behavior modification strategies, environmental adjustments, and medication support when appropriate.

This visit will also include Dr. Amy Kachurowski, DVM, Veterinary Behavior Resident, and Rachael Magee, CPDT-KA, Behavior Therapy Technician.
At this time, there are a limited number of openings remaining for new patient psychiatric evaluations and recheck appointments.
Please note: Dr. Fagen will not be returning to the island again for several months, so if your pet needs behavioral support, now is the ideal time to schedule.
