To our valued clients, we thank you for entrusting us with your petโs care during this tumultuous time. In our continued effort to minimize the risk of COVID-19, and doing our part in practicing social distancing, we have modified our operations to satisfy the needs of both you and the community.
As of Sunday, March 22, 2020, we will now be offering curbside drop off/pick up services ONLY. This is in compliance with the AVMAโs (American Veterinary Medical Association) recommendation to limit the exposure of our hospital staff and best sustain our resources to serve you for the long haul. We are maintaining normal business hours to give our team ample time between appointments to minimize crowding. Clients will be directed by phone to kindly wait outside or in their vehicle.
If your pet is dropped off for an exam, rest assured we will work with loving hands and hearts. We understand the worry this may cause being removed from your furry family member, and we take that responsibility seriously. A team member will notify you as soon as your pet is ready for pick up. Retail items, food and medication refills are available by phone request. To maximize efficiency, credit cards are the preferred method of payment. If you are uneasy about leaving your pet in our care, please consider our telehealth service. This resource can be beneficial if the concern for your pet is non-urgent and does not require a physical examination. Simply email us your inquiry (pictures and video are welcome) to [email protected]. Our team members are checking emails periodically and will follow up within a reasonable time. Please type your petโs name, last name, and the requested veterinarian in the subject heading.
Due to the unprecedented nature of the COVID-19 virus, our operations may evolve as well. It is our hope that we can continue to serve you and the community throughout this everchanging landscape. We thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
