Country Acres Animal Shelter is a non-profit animal shelter. We are located in Homer, NY. Our hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

We are an animal shelter with many wonderful dogs looking for their forever homes. Saturday 8 to 10 am. If you are interested in a dog please fill out an adoption application on our website countryacresanimalshelter.org Our adoption fee is $195 for adult dogs. This includes spay/neuter, vaccinations and microchip.

UPDATE: OWNER LOCATED
Does anyone recognize this happy girl? She was found wandering on bird Cemetery Road in the town of Groton. She has on a seresto collar and a GPS collar. With any information please call in the morning as she is safe and sound for the night.

Teddy is a 10 year old Pomeranian mix. Unfortunately his mom was put in a home very suddenly and teddy is now searching for a new home. He is great with kids, cats, and other dogs. Meet Junior 😍
Junior is a 23 pound pug mix that we predict to be around 1-2 years old. He is great with other dogs, cats, and children!
