New to the Farmstand… “Dream Cheese”. This is one of my favorite cheeses that I make, and I don’t make it very often, ironically! It is a fermented cheese that is submerged in olive oil to keep it shelf stable, however, I do keep it in the refrigerator as an added safety precaution. Just make sure that you let it sit out to room temperature so that the olive oil will become fluid again and the cheese will become soft . It’s like a fancy cream cheese spread! Lasts almost indefinitely. Serve at room temperature with delicious crusty bread or crackers on bagels. It is amazing! This version is with an Italian seasoning. BONUS: the delicious olive oil is a second product! Use this herb infused oil for cooking, baking, dipping your bread, on your salad.. soo good! 🤤 although I do like making it with Goats Milk .. this time it is with Cows Milk, and ohhh so creamy!
