Jimmy here from Sleek & Savvy, LLC Just so everyone is clear on all of our policies. If your pet comes in with fleas it will get a capstar at your expense. We also have a 24 hr cancelation policy. If you don't give us 24 hrs notice of cancelation you Will be charged for your missed appointment. Yes if you have seven dogs on one appointment you will be charged accordingly. We also have a 48hr complaint policy. We will fix or make right within 48 hrs. Don’t call a week before your next appointment expecting a free groom when nothing was said within 48 hrs. Reminder calls are a courtesy. If you get one great if not that means I was busy. We are not the ones calling you asking for an appointment, you called us. Write it down. Better yet it is year 2026 everyone has a phone with a calendar USE IT. Normally we very laid back and easy going and very apologetic. But there comes a time where we get tired of being blamed for people's lack of accountability.
